I HAD TO BUY NEW CLOTHES BECAUSE MY FAT CLOTHES NO LONGER FIT ME :)
I'm serious, I went from a size 36 waist to a 32 waist in about 2 months doing simple workouts 2-3 times a week and doing my best to eat little meals often (tom recommends this as one way to lose fat, there are a few other ways that he mentions on when and how to eat food it's some interesting stuff I never knew).
I highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to lose weight and/or get tones/ripped this book has it all (it's gigantic).
